Douglas has over a decade of experience in the security industry. He began his career at ADI and later transitioned to a manufacturer sales representative company before joining Paladin Sales Group in 2014. Douglas possesses extensive expertise in CCTV, networking, access control, intrusion, and A/V technologies.

Fred brings over 30 years of experience in the security industry. For two decades, he represented DSC and Napco in the Northeast, refining his expertise in intrusion alarms. Additionally, he spent more than 15 years in distribution, building strong relationships with numerous integrators and dealers across the metropolitan area.
