Richard has over 20 years of experience in the Security Industry. He is the former Senior VP of Napco Security Systems. In 1998 he founded Paladin Sales Group. He has been a major influence on the growth of today’s most popular CCTV Manufacturers including Samsung and Digital Watchdog.

Douglas brings with him over 10 years of Security Industry experience. After getting his start at ADI, he made the jump to a manufacturer sales rep company before joining Paladin Sales Group in 2014. Douglas has extensive knowledge of CCTV, Networking, Access Control, Intrusion and A/V technologies.

Debbie brings with her over 14 years of customer service experience. She has 7 years of experience in the CCTV/Security industry. She brings with her quality customer service and inside sales knowledge.

Derek’s knowledge of access control and video surveillance products coupled with his attention to customer support make him qualified to do what is best for you and your customers.

Anthony O’Donnell

Kevin brings with him extensive experience in the Security Industry. Fred Mawson

Regional Sales Manager - Northern NJ & Upstate NY

Fred’s experience in the Security Industry spans more than 30 years. For 20 of those years he represented either DSC or Napco in the North East, honing his
intrusion alarm skills. He also spent more than 15 years in the distribution
side of the industry creating lasting relationships with many integrators and
dealers throughout the metropolitan area.

Ralph Salonia brings over 35 years of experience in the Electronic Security Industry. He has maintained various roles such as Service Manager, System Specialist, Product Evaluator and Regional Account Specialist for an industry leading distributor.
